All refuse removed without having to ask. Friendly, helpful and great instructions provided along with ensuring everything was working. Loved that you took the time to make sure all the parts were fitted in place and that you noticed one of the small wheels on the basket was missing g and then sorted a replacement. Highly recommend to others wanting delivery, installation and service or repairs of appliances. Thank you Smith City for engaging Leroy to carry out this for me.

Miele dishwasher had been out of order for over 6 months now. We were given a quote by Able Appliances to replace parts that will cost $2700.00 and new dishwasher will not arrive till Jan 2022.Rung Jones Services and the lovely Brett popped in and fixed my dishwasher in half an hour! cost me less than $200.00!Amazing service and they know what they are doing. My oven needed a new liner and the tech was great at communicating when he would visit. Unfortunately the repair could not be completed in my home so the tech made a plan to order the new liner and arrange a new visit when it was ready to minimise the effect on us - great service. My oven now works great.

We needed our new oven to be checked after installation in a new home. It looked like there was a fault with the display screen; however when the serviceman Akash Sheth arrived it was a film that hadn't been removed and should have been done at the installation stage. He was so kind and understanding and checked out the rest of the oven and showed me how to operate it. He found a faulty knob and there was a slight dent in the front panel. He has ordered both parts. I cannot fault his professionalism and communication; he did all he could to help and was so understanding. Highly recommended. Akash has replaced the faulty parts on our oven; it took less than a week for him to order the parts and get out to us and fit them. We are so grateful to Akash for going the extra mile for us and being such a pleasant person to have in our home.

I had an issue with my Samsung fridge which was under warranty. I called Samsung and they had someone from Jones call me the same day. The lady was very friendly and booked the appointment for 5 days later. On the day Roger arrives right at the start of my repair time and has the problem resolved in half an hour. He was very friendly, professional and keen to help me understand the problem and how to make best use of the warranty. I felt like I could trust him completely to resolve the issue. Honestly some of the best service I've had in NZ and would use again.

Seamless service from phoning the 0800 number through to Salman carrying out the repair. Dishwasher part broke a week before Xmas. I had no expectation of being fixed until after Xmas. However all done within a few days. Salman was amazing- kept in touch by phone and txt. the repair was outside warranty, however the cost was covered by the manufacturer. Terrific service. Thank you. Highly recommend.
